Recommended Codecs to use with Ninja Blade?

Hi everyone. I bought a Ninja Blade and am trying to determine which codecs to use. My post work is done almost entirely with CS6 on a windows machine though I also have a Vegas Pro12 and a MacPro with Final Cut Pro 7. I plan on using it for the below applications:
1. Chroma Key (green)
2. important Interior and exterior shots such as on a Jib where I want a backup or some extra room in post to push color beyond my in-camera AVCHD.
3. Shooting stock footage
4. A backup recording of some event where I don't need a lot of lattitude in post

Available recording options are:
DNxHD 36, DNxHD 145, DNxHD 220, DNxHD 220
ProRes LT, ProRes 422, ProResHQ

Are DNxHD 220 and ProResHQ the clear cut best quality options if I need the absolute best with no regard for recording space?

If going the ProRes route, only use ProResHQ. There are questionable behaviors when using the lower-bitrate variants when comparing to AVCHD. Especially if you're using C100...

DNxHD 220, 36 for event backup: I would use DNxHD because is it doesn't have gamma problems like ProRes and I find it works better in Premiere. Also, what camera?

Thank you Nate and geffyb.

I am using mainly Sony NEX EA50U, Panasonic HMC150 and sometimes Sony AX2000 and Action Cam
