Recommended Blu-Ray Player/Reader/Writer(Burner) for Mac?

Do you have any recommendations for a Blu-Ray reader/writer that is Mac compatible?

I want to go completely file-based digital and have a bunch of movies on Blu-Ray to rip. I would also like to be able to burn blu-ray discs (I have Adobe Media Encoder).

I would like to spend $200 or less but will spend more if it makes sense (performance justifies the additional expense).

All Blu-ray burners are Mac compatible. Just get a well-reviewed one.

However, you may not be able to rip Blu-ray movies on a Mac.
 
I just ordered the LG 14x Blu-Ray burner for my Mac Pro from NewEgg. As Dave said, that's a perfect combo for ripping, and with MakeMKV, you can setup a stream, then pull the stream into VLC to watch a movie.
