Recommendations for an ultra light pan/tilt head?

I'm looking for any recommendations for a decent ultra light weight pan tilt head suitable for taking backpacking?

I already have a lightweight set of legs Im happy with, but have yet to find a suitable head. ( I have a Manfrotto 701RC2 head, but its just a little too large/heavy for what I need)

Just wonder what you guys might recommend?

its for a lightweight HDV camcorder... or a Nikon D5000, so nothing too major

I've a Sachtler DV6, but I bought a cheap and light fluid head to travel with. I'll use a 5DMII and a EX1 but perhaps the sony is too heavy. The head is cheap, light, smooth and smaller than I trought. I don't tried it enough but seems to work ok.
Now I need a lightweight legs. What do you have?
