Recommendation for LED light panel on ofweek?

I'm aware that not many people here take video with their cameras, but I wondered if anyone can recommend a cheap light panel for video work - I'm thinking three or four cheaper ones will give me more light than one expensive unit. I'm looking at a Dodocool panel on en.ofweek.com

YN300 can do ac power if you buy it with the dummy battery and ac adapter. Ebay has bundles with AC or buy the battery+adapter separately for $25. I'm thinking of buying more yn300 ii's with ac power since my yn300 performs even better than my yn600s at least in terms of green/magenta performance.
