Recommendation/Advice: Aerial Videography

We need to get some aerial footage of a*University in Aliso*Viejo more specifically:

1. Coming over hills flying westward to reveal the campus and fly over it.
2. Flying fairly low around the campus circling.
3. Some kind of shot where we start on the campus and then pull up high to
reveal the ocean.

Does anyone have any recommendations of how to this? I'm assuming a renting helicopter.

Check out the Kenyon Labs stabilizers and consider them over the ridiculously involved and expensive Tyler or Wescam mounts.

I've actually successfully shot from small fixed wing aircraft with NO stabilizer, hand held. If you charter a nice heavy helicopter, go up on a calm day, and use one of the Kenyon Labs stabilizers you should be absolutely fine.

Check out your local helicopter flight school - they have the least expensive helis and flight instructors looking to accumulate flight hours for hire. Shoot in the early AM when the air is still.

If you are broke, there are contractors who run rather large radio-controlled helicopters with gimbled film platforms.
