Recommend iPad 2 Script software

Hey,

I found myself randomly playing with a iPad recently and actually liked it, despite dismissing it as a big iPhone I found there's actually lot of mature software on it so I picked one up.

I've got Pages for general writing and Penultimate for storyboard sketching, I was wondering if there's a recommended Script writing software for the iPad?

I appreciate the iPad isn't a 'pro' tool or what have you, but I like it and appreciate it's role as a what the four track recorder was to the music studio - great for demos, sketches, the odd self-released album etc and in the right hands a pretty effective, if imperfect, tool.

There's loads out there already, Celtx, Scripts Pro, ScriptWrite etc, but I was wondering if there's a recommend or heavily used one etc?

Cheers.

I have not used Celtx 'heavily' on the iPad, but I do use Celtx for my writing, and while the iPad app does cost something, it seems to do ok. I recall hearing about Final Draft producing an iPad app... but I think it is still 'not yet out'... I've not checked in a month or so, so who knows...

The biggest problem that the iPad has on any major text imput, is the need for an external keyboard, unless one is a hunt-n-peck typist. I've not tried some of the bluetooth keyboard I have, but that would probably solve that problem toot sweet...

Yeah I went with Celtx in the end, the iPad app is a few bucks, but the Mac software is free so fair enough. It also sync's w/the desktop version (thou not the sub'd version) so that's handy!

I can say I use Scripts Pro pretty heavily and it gets the job done. Really intuitive interface, not a bunch of crazy buttons and such. Plus it can import .celtx final draft .fdx and .txt files. Agreed about the iPad keyboard is annoying to use for text editing. But atleast the Scripts Pro app is compatible with bluetooth keyboards so thats gravy train.
