Recommend a display

I'm looking for a 20'' - 24'' display for my computer. I do a lot of video editing and graphics work. Could anyone recommend one? I'll only consider an Apple display if I can get a good deal. Thanks!
 
Apple cinema 23" (ADC), you could probably get a refurbished unit for $800-900.

Big enough if you're not doing a lot of HD stuff.
 
Its hard to view a 720p or 1080i frame at %100 and have other stuff on the monitor going on as well.
 
How could you have content displayed at 100% and view other stuff, I don't get what your saying. A 23" monitor is way more than capable when combined with a decklink card of displaying a pixel for pixel count of a 1080 signal. When you video preview in FCP you can set it too display on the entire monitor and overide the browser and timeline etc. I have no idea what your saying.
