I have to share this, if anything, to get it off my chest.
For once, though thrice or more removed, I have done something that has made national news.
Many of you know how Taylor Swift, an amazing young Country Western singer, swept the CMA's. But the mic she used on her album, the Avant Electronics CV12, was modded by me. I am the Chief QC engineer at Avant and very proud of the work I do there. A number of you know us for the "Mixcubes" we have designed.
Just a bit of bragging. I don't get the chance very often, as usually I am in a small room in the back of the facility, testing and modding the gear. Solder and headphones are what consists of my day job. But then again, I have this to give me some satisfaction.
