rebate tapes and battery no show

Just wondering if this has happened to other users: I bought my DVX 100a in May and sent in the rebate immediately. The cash rebate came about a month later, but so far, the 10 MQ tapes and battery that's also part of the rebate/promotion from Panasonic haven't shown up yet. Anybody have a clue?
 
you should get it very soon, some people have told me they just got theirs this week, so they probally sent em all out last week.
 
Jarred, you should have worked a deal with Panny to substitute your batteries. Even your shipments are faster then they are....
 
Hi coffee, Panasonic has promised to resolve most battery/tape issues by the end of the month. :)

ttt, we will be selling DVXuser batteries in a couple weeks. :thumbsup:

Sure thing, rasquache, I will post about the batteries. Jarred will mail them in about 10 days when he gets done with a job. :thumbsup:

Coffee, i am also hoping it goes through this time, since I got the same info from 3 sources at Panansonic. :cheesy:
 
That's what they said... August. :) they said all the CGAD54SE1B's will be in stock for shipping this month.
 
hmmm, "in stock for shipping this month" does not mean "issue resolved " to me. Problem is resolved is when the battery is in my hands. After all, it took them 6 weeks to mail my check after it was printed. I could care less about tapes, I will use them for archiving some projects, not for live shooting.
