Has anyone tried using real 35mm Anamorphic lenses on an adapter?

If you have PLEASE contact me or post your experiences here. I'm very interested in using this type of setup with my Andromeda for my upcoming short film.

I've also heard of doing this...

Camera - 35 mm adapter (with SLR lens) - Century 16:9 Adapter

Does anyone here have any footage from a setup like this?
