Well like Desi Arnez, Barbara Streisand, Ed Asner, Richard Dreyfus, etc. etc. (communists) I dont really agree with their politics ..
But they are somewhat good entertainers.. excellent at their craft.

That movie "what about Bob" was great with Richard Dreyfus and Bill Murray.. lol ;D

I don't agree with 99% with what Moore says but the way he is able to communicate his thoughts and ideas is amazing...this is why I like him...

Too often, critics of Moore resort to the very same tactics they accuse him of employing. It really undermines the argument when you have to use lying and distortions to accuse Moore of lying and distortions.

The fact is that Moore-haters don't care any more about the truth or facts than they say Moore does. If they did, Sean Hannity and Ann Coulter wouldn't be best sellers, O'Reilly wouldn't have the number one show on cable news, and George W. Bush wouldn't be president.

There's no question that Moore leaves himself open to attacks by playing fast and loose with some facts. But when the right accuses him of being anti-American or a communist or whatever, they are simply using the same tactic they hurl at anyone who happens to disagree with their politics. It's the "she's a witch" cry of the 21st century.

There is no question michael Moore is extreme left.. and so is Dick.. (Richard Dreyfus) Some may argue that they are not communist.. just a socialist.. lol and then they say.. socialism is good, or certain forms.. lol

I think I read somewhere that P.J. O'Rourke said that the problem with Michael Moore is that he's preaching to the converted. Those who agree with Mike's politics will continue to agree with him after seeing his flicks. Those who disagree will continue to disagree. Either way, Mike make some pretty good films. If Bush doesn't like the flick, perhaps he should pick up a camera and make his own film.

Yeah, I've said the same thing about him actually. Michael Moore is like the liberal Sean Hannity (only without the evil). He's preaching to the choir without really appealing to the other side in any way, in fact alienating them for the most part.

Either way, Mike make some pretty good films. If Bush doesn't like the flick, perhaps he should pick up a camera and make his own film.

That's just it. For those who complain about Moore's lack of objectivity (probably the most laughable of all the critiques against him), it's not like the right doesn't have its own propoganda material out there. Just turn on Fox News.
