Anyone have any experience using these?

I would like to know:
1) Do these produce any green cast?
2) How best to configure these for the best light output?
3) Anyone with experience with traditional HMI fixtures, how do these compare?
 
No green cast. In fact the color is excellent.

"Configure for best light output" is pretty general. The Wasp model is a PAR and the Bee is a flood. You can bounce them, put a Chimera on the front, stick a Source 4 barrel on the front, or just point them at a subject.

A Hive plasma Wasp is 275w and has the equivalent output of an HMI PAR somewhere between 400w-575w, depending on manufacturer and how the light is used.
