Raylight audio issue

So I just picked up Raylight and am really happy with it. However, I am trying to bring in some MXF footage and the audio does not seem to want to come with it. I have other HVX stuff shot and it works fine, but for some reason none of these files want to play with the audio. I know it's there as I have checked all 4 tracks of audio for a particular MXF and there is sound on all 4. But in Premiere not one track plays with the video. The folder structure is untouched, video is in VIDEO folder and audio is in AUDIO folder both within a CONTENTS folder. Ideas?

If you recorded these with an FS-100 use the "Organize P2 Option" because there are file naming requirements. For a video MXF named 0001AB.MXF for example, track 1 must be named 0001AB00.MXF.
