Rather Odd Battery Question

If anyone can help me out that would be outstanding!
I recently purchased a monitor and a remote follow focus unit. Both the monitor and the receiver for the FF require 12V 4pin XLR power.
Does anyone know the best setup for powering both of them?
Also, I have 8 Panasonic HVX200 type batteries on hand right now. Is there any type of battery plate that can use those batteries and pipe out 12V power through a 4pin XLR cable?

Any help would be great.

Hello, our vDoubler SPL plate will do that. Specify the 4 pin XLR configuration while ordering on line.
