Pulled Pork Sandwich for my uncle's BBQ restaurant.
Nikon d200 w/ Nikkor 28-70 f/2.8 shot at f/2.8 to get shallow depth of field and focus on the meat. I used one Britek 250 watt softbox coming from the right for the lighting. Comments/criticisms always welcome. Thanks.

Not bad, needs some post work. You should pump up the mids and saturate the colors some. At the moment the shot looks like it's napping.

Hope you don't mind:

A little bit of the Fred Miranda Velvia Action
sharpen
A little bit of Paint With Light from atncentral
slight contrast +1

i don't know if such a shallow DOF is good on this shot. plus, some of the pulled pork doesn't look that great. it looks a little dry.

that's just my opinion. the colors you put together are nice (peppers, red tablecloth, plate, etc..)

This image made me hungry.

However, if you are ONLY focusing on the burger... It's missing it's main element.
EVERYONE wants a nice juicy burger. The meat should be as wet as the dark part in the middle. Hell.. maybe add some extra meat too.

Other than that... nice job
