That sounds about right and as I recall it may even be faster. The adaptor plate for the DVX batteries is a fairly tight fit and that took some getting used to using. I thought I had the wrong model at first.
I do like the various input voltages it can work under as I plan to travel internationally with it.
And the additonal bases charge my Canon batteries which fit my LCD monitor. So with this system, I have a fast charger for each battery system I use in addition to the stock slow chargers. That made it very economical as well as practical for me.
One note though, i obviously use chargers probally more than anyone on the planet charging up the DVXuser batteries, and 3 mach 1's have pooped out on me, and a few others have reported the same problem. I know its not a big big deal, but it could be if your isolated and in the middle of production and a charger goes down. The most durable and problem free charger i have used is the OEM panasonic one, but they are a little slower.
I already have the OEM one Jarred and it is truly slow especially with the 5400mah, and now the 5600 is available. I guess the best solution with the OEM is to buy enough batteries to comfortably rotate.
Question for you though: How many charges did you average on each Mach 1 before they pooped out?
