Randomly speeds up?!

I'm editing a 2 camera timeline. I didn't do multi-cam editing function this time. I just synced up both clips on two different tracks and then chop the top one (video 2) when I want camera one (video 1) to show.
The clips were shot by two hmc150 cameras. 720 60 p. AVCHD. Ph mode.
Suddenly part way through playing the timeline, the video one track randomly speeds up. Maybe 2 times speed.
I don't understand what is going on.
I have the project saved under three different names. A copy and then an older one. They all have this problem now.
I'm using cs5. 5.0.2 I believe.
Windows.
 
I put the sdhc (lexar professional class 10) back in the hmc150 that shot it, and played it back in the camera. Same result. It still plays fast in certain places. Mainly when I move camera position and zoom back while the crowd stands. But later it's playing fine again. And the audio never speeds up. During the speed up I can't tell if the audio video sync is right, because there's nothing to compare it to.
I'm at a loss.
Maybe I can slow down the incorrect parts and make it work.
