Rain???

:huh: Help!!!! How do you make rain in AE? Do I need to get particles plugins or what? Any type of rain is fine.

I recommend Particular. It allows you to keep the rain in 3D space for any camera moves you may have in your piece.

What is your edit platform? You can make pretty good partical rain in Motion.

you cud go layer-new-solid

and then make that solid the size of a tiny raindrop, and then duplciate that layer like 100 times .........ahaha kidding

ummm wut version u using?

im using 6.5, and a way u cud do it is effect-simulation-foam, and then play around with the size..u cud also use particle playground

Thanks you all for the advice. I'm using 6.5 and wasn't should how to use the particles. With your help I think I have something to work with now.
