ok, we need some rain and a rippling effect in this puddle-
is this possible?! with AE or better 3d?

Cant look at footage on this computer, but the first link should help, there are 7,280,000 , page hits so thers boudn to be something for what you need.
Adn the other page is just neat, and everyone should see it.

What codec are you using? Quicktime sends me a to webpage for 3rd party codecs. http://www.apple.com/quicktime/resources/components.html?os=Windows&ctype=696d6463&csubtype=68647637
