Rail/rod support system

This one looks good, but I don't know if it'll fit on the head I have. I have the one with the singe screw in the middle (not the dovetail or whatever it's called). Are there cheaper or better ones than this? Thanks

I haven't heard anything about these cavision rods but i know they make great matteboxes. Personally i think the rods look badass, unless i hear something very negative i'll probably get them.

I bought a set used with the dual grips. They seem fairly tough, and relatively light. You can see them a bit here:

Just having the rods with the grips makes holding the camera about 1000000% times easier, and you can get a lot of shots that would otherwise be difficult.
