RAID block size?

So I'm striping together 2 drives in my G5 for RAID 0. It's asking me what raid block size I want. What is best for video?

16k
32k
64k
128k
256k

I'm leaning towards 256k...bigger is better no?

I ahev always used 128k or 256k. Sine you are writing such big files 2GB+, then usually the larger the better. If you were having alot of simultaneous users writing small files, then smaller block sizs would be better for performance. I say go for either 128 or 256.
