Radial Blur in CS3

Ummm... am I a complete idiot, or is Radial Blur missing in Premiere CS3?

I can't understand why this would be ditched...

(perfectly ready to eat my words when someone points out the obvious replacement... but wtf...)

I'm not looking at it right now, but I believe it's there and that I used it last week.

If you cannot find it, you might want to re-install Premier.

No, it's gone. One of the (quite a few) effects removed when transitioning to CS3.

Do you have After Effects/Production Premium? If so, you can copy and paste the Cycore effects from the After Effects Plug-ins folder and paste them in the PPro Plug-ins folder. The plug-in architecture is the same, so you'll be able to use the CC Radial Blur or CC Radial Fast Blur within PPro.

yeah, the CC radial is still there. the CC effects should auto load into your PPRO app without copying them over though, however if it doesnt ..follow the above post. it worked with a couple PS plugins as well in PP1.5 and 2.0 but i havent tried it in CS3 yet.
