"Quirky" Rom Coms

Ok, got it, most people don't like the word quirky. But I am looking for films that have been described that way.

But I am looking for suggestions on films that were indie and had a bit of a fun energy.

Just watched Spooner, while not the greatest. The music made it feel lively.

Though I liked Safety Not Guaranteed, it isn't quite comedy.

Just wondering if there are some overlooked romcom indies that might be available on netflix.

Think it would be fun to write a romcom (even though it doesn't hit a popular sellable genre).

Thanks for your help!

I liked Adventureland. 500 days of Summer is pretty enjoyable (although I had some minor issues with the story).

What do you mean by "popular sellable genre"?

More from commercial films (unless you are backed with some big money and names). Genres like action and horror which are marketable without names. With a rom com (or comedy or drama) I have read they are not as marketable due to language differences and cultural (some things that are funny here may not be considered funny in another country). Should have mentioned I am looking at low budget quirky!
