Quicktime render with raylight 720P Choppy, not playing

I rendered using the quicktime uncompressed default.
A 10 second test was 1.5GB and was unplayable. It was choppy and stuttered.
I checked the quicktime player with a known quicktime file and it worked fine.

Ideas?

Thanks Eugenia.
I have actually read your post before.

I thought it was a raylight thing causing the stutter.

I was able to make one with the normal quicktime that finally worked, but it is compressed. I believe it was sorenson3 video format.

I wonder which the best format/compression is?

Cool, thanks for that,
I am going to start a different thread for my next few questions, one will be about compression, I know most of my questions are addressed on here somewhere, but I find that the search tool does not really find exaclty what I am asking usually. And some of the new ones I have come up with are nowhere on here.

I REALLY appreciate the help you two are always dishing out in large helpings!
