Quicktime NTSC files display different on different machines - Help Please!

So I'm having an issue with a file(s) not displaying the same on multiple machines. I recently exported a TV ad from Final Cup Pto. It's just the regular setting of "DV/NTSC". It looks fine on my mac, but when I send it to my office, also using mac, it looks bad, and the same goes for the PC based TV stations. I have attached 2 images showing the file and the "Get Info" info next to it. When I sent it to my Mac based office it plays bad for everyone there, but when I download the file off there server it looks good to me. I'm very confused, and the TV station is unable to do anything to display the file correctly.

HELP! Any ideas? It looks so bad at the station. They run PC and are saying I should make it MP4. But when I do that in compressor the file comes out as 4mb. I'm at a loss as my workflow has worked for years, and I just FTP everything as Quicktime.mov files. It works for Suddenlink though.

This is how the file looks after exporting from FCP7 on a MacPro running Snow Leopard. I used the same settings I have used for ages.

This is the same file displayed on a mac at my work. It shows "Little Endian" encoding, which I do not use, and it does not show in my info.

Just a guess but maybe they don't have the correct codecs on the machines at your office? I can't think of any other reason it would change. Best of Luck with that.

Yeah it's really annoying. It's not playing right on PCs too, which the stations use. I just discovered that on my own maching, videos I export from FCP (DV/NTSC) look different when displayed on Quicktime 10(Look washed out and low-rez) vs QT 7 (look normal - good). So it's hard to say what to do about files I FTP to stations. The stuff looks fine here, but they look bad when they view them, and in turn format them for air.

Here's what QT 10 (Left player) is doing to videos it displays:
