Quicktime Movie settings for HDTV commercial spot

I'm using Sony Vegas 9...and need to output my project to these settings to air on a local TV station:

.MOV (QuickTime)

Frame: HDTV 1920x1080i (interlaced)

Encode format: H.264

Video Bit Rate setting: 35 megabits per second (mbps)

Frames per second (fps): 29.97

Audio Compression: PCM or ACC @384 kps, or use Uncompressed audio

Rate: 48kHz, stereo

Vegas does not appear to support these settings for rendering. Or am I missing something? Does Vegas have something similar that would work?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You can't do this with the SDK version of Quicktime that Vegas uses. You need to use the Main Concept encoder instead, with these same properties/attributes. That encoder will create an h.264/AAC file as you want it to, in the MP4 container instead of MOV. MP4 is fully readable by pretty much any reader that can read MOV, including Quicktime, so that will be an acceptable file by the TV station.
