I just purchased QT Pro 7 and have been trying to export my large QT files from the DV/NTSC 720x480 size to the 320x480 H.264 codec. I use the pre-set in the export dialogue box for the broadband output. I only change the size to 320x240 and check the de interlace box. The footage exports quickly and is clean, sharp and looks great. However here is the problem. Occasionally there will be a frame that has some strange vert lines. Mostly black lines but occasionally red. I tried different set ups under the same H.264 because I wanted to get it as clean as I could. BUt I only seemed to minimize the frames. The frames do not occur in the same place each time I re do the export. They only last one frame. Here are some frame grabs.
