quicktime export and uploading problems

I'm having a hard time getting quicktimes to upload right. On most computers the beginning plays fine but towards the end the clip starts to skip (just the video, not the audio). The quicktimes play fine on my computer and will even upload to youtube fine, but once i try to upload them to my server, something goes wacky. I talked to my host and they say everything seems fine. I've tried different FTP programs and still nothing. That leaves me to think its something with the way I'm exporting them from fcp. I've been doing it the same way for at least the last two years and just started having problems now. Any ideas? Do you see the skipping? Thanks.

Skip maybe 4/5 of the way through to see the issue.

Exporting using Quicktime conversation. Using the standard "broadband high" setting but changing the custom size to 400x300. I'm running an older dual 2gig g5 with FCP 5.0.4

that guy at the end of the first video was cute! heh.

anyways yeah i saw a little bit of skipping in the video... not sure why that would be but at least i can confirm for you you're not crazy. ;)

Thanks Alison...

Well i think its a server issues... I just re-uploaded the "story slams" segment under a different name (the same exact qt) and now its working. I think my host/server wasnt admitting to a problem. Now to try re-uploading my the election segment and see if that works.
