Quicktime Conversion Trouble

Here the skinny:

- Shot on 24p Normal
- Edited on a 29.97 Timeline
- Export to Quicktime look great, all the right frames are removed.
- Export with Quicktime conversion is interlaced, even when 24fps is selected.

I am wracking my brain over this, I just don't get it.

if it's 24p"normal" NO frames should be "removed" and it is 29.97 not 24

You're going to have to post your camera, capture, timeline and export settings for us to ID your issue.
