Quicktime Audio not working.. which setting is best?

I am exporting a quicktime and the video works fine with H264 for people with PC computers, but they are getting no sound. What is a good setting for audio when exporting from Final Cut Pro? I can use MPEG4 or Apple photo Jpeg codecs, but I think H.264 looks really good. I basically just want them to hear it and I'm wondering what settings I need to export on so that people with PC's can hear it just as well as people with apple computers? If someone can give me an exact setting video and audio that will work for most computers and is most compatible, I would really appreciate it! thanks

The people with the PC need to upgrade their QT. I had this no audio issue a year or so ago when several programs I had wouldn't work with the QT 7 upgrade so I was using QT 6 and people kept sending QT 7 exports.

There is also a free program called VLC player that pretty much plays everything under the sun. If the upgrade doesn't work, have them install VLC player (solid program with no spyware).

Hope that helps
