Quicktime 7.4 & AE CS3

I am using WINDOWS BTW... I cant find any downgrade or work arounds on the net to get rid of Quicktime 7.4 so After Effects CS3 can boot. It crashes on boot and wont load and all of a sudden I got a green screen video to fix up for premiere pro cs3. Id use premiere pro but it seems to be terrible at keying for me. Plus im using a great key. I went to the news station and used their weatherman board so what the hell? LOL

Anyone can help?
