Quickly put DVD in Premiere Pro CS3

What software just a stand alone 1 application can I use to get 4 DVD's into a Premiere Pro project.

I tried using VOB2MPG and it worked but only didn't play the audio, I tried various codecs using VirtualDub reading the VOB files but none of the inputs worked.

The closest thing I got to working was using the VOB2MPG files that each dvd made, opening Vegas Video 8 and importing (which it played the audio in there) and then rendering as an NTSC DV regular standard format out... but the output files become 14 to 17 gb files each. Its just 4 but when I put that in premiere... its choppy and I dont even need all of it, just some parts of each 4... But I need to have this done Monday and I been spending 2 days now just trying to get the dvd footage into premiere.

CAN SOMEONE give me a 1 step program answer codec or something thats gonna play it?

I even tried to use Handbrake but that didn't work with any format I tried to output it!

Can you capture by playing them out of a DVD Player into the Anlogue on a Camera and Out to Premiere via Firewire?

ie. use the camera as an Analogue/Digital Converter.

Best software I've ever used & I've pretty much tried em all is DVD decrypter. Lets you rip the chapter your after to get the VOB file, then import it into a program called Magic Video Converter. Output it from that program as MPEG file & your file is ready for premiere.

Smooth, synced audio and no noticable quality loss. This Will get your job done by Monday!

Ok now I got a problem.. well I know ill find a way, but I had encore installed, and it crashes on every install and i didn't like it anyway and never used it, and that seems to be the only way now to export out of premiere to go on dvd. I deleted Encore since it crashed on bootup since i got it and never worked and now im looking for something free and open source or something i can get cheap to just take the exported AVI files i make or whatever and make a DVD that just plays that video on a dvd player...

Any good tools for that?
