Quickest way to export a QT movie?

I want to export as quick as possible. I'm not concerned with having the highest possible quality. I just want my client to be able to see the footage on his computer which doesn't have a DVCPRO HD codec. What are the best settings to achieve this? I tried this method:

File - Export - Quicktime Conversion.... then, where it says DEFAULT (or RECENT) change that to BROADBAND HIGH... then...

If it is 16:9 you'll need to change the size... so OPTIONS... then SIZE change to 480x270.

But it's taking too long. Is there a better/faster way?

Besides getting a faster computer...

I think the default settings set the video to H.264 which takes much longer to export. Try just basic MPEG-4 or somethin
