Quick Release Systems

So, I'm looking to invest in a quick release system. I'm tired of twiddling knobs and screwing screw when I change rig setups. Right now I'm looking at the kessler system as well as the Arca Swiss / RRS stuff. Key factors are
1) Weight: it needs to be able to handle a good bit of weight. Probably the heaviest camera it will see will be an F3
2) Side loading: I have manfrotto 501 plates on my gear right now and I don't like how you have to slide the camera out.

Kessler Crane Kwik release all the way!!! I guaranty you 1000% you won't be disappointment!!! It may be a bit more expensive than other quick release systems but it worth twice more than it cost. I would say its one of the most/must have piece of gear to have! I'm telling from my own personal experience. Nothing beats Kwik release.
