Quick Release Plates

I have a DVRig Pro shoulder support and a Cartoni Action Pro Tripod. Both of these have different plate sizes. So how can I get a quick release plate to use on both? If I am shooting from the shoulder I want to be able to snap off the camera and go either hand held or snap it onto my tripod. My DVRig pro plate is slightly to wide for my Cartoni tripod head.

Two of these would work B&H. Well... one plate that fits on the bottom of your camera and two receiving plates, one for the DVRig and one for the tripod. You can also find cheapo versions of the Manfrotto plate on ebay.
