Quick release ideas?

what do you guys use for quick release for all your gear? I have a slider, steady cam and a tripod. They all have different quick release plates or adapters and it no so quick if i have to from slider to tripod. Any ideas?

the quick release it great but I cant find additional plates.

One of the reason why I like manfrotto is because the quick release plate can be use on almost anything.

I seen that!. Almost looks like it would work with my current setup.

simply by chance, ive wound up using the manfrotto QR stuff. my 510 head had the longer plate but it fits nicely in the rest of their stuff. i can go from tripod to slider to shoulder rig to monopod to steadicam without having to change the plate.

I use the Manfrotto 577 to attached my jib and slider to a heavy duty tripod via the 501 plate. Works very well.
