Quick release for HVX

I'm looking to standardize quick release plates between my HVX200 and GH1. Because the GH1 is so small and does not allow for much room for lenses the plate must be small( short).

Its between this Giottos model....

and the Manfrotto RC2.

Can anyone verify from experience if either of these systems will handle the weight of an HVX OK?
