quick release and pro vista head

I've got a davis and sanford pro vista tripod and i was looking to get some kind of a quick release bracket to fit on my spiderbrace and flowpod or other stabilizer in the future. I found this on BH photo,

anyone know of something like this that will work with my pro vista plates?

Nevermind i found em on bh... i don't think they have one for my head though. No matter i've been planning on getting a bogen 503 head for awhile now, this will just push up my purchase of one. The 503 is true fluid while the 501 is not correct?
