Quick question... FCP screen-size...

Hi, I'm thinking about experimenting with some frame-by-frame work in photoshop and importing it into FCP to edit... What's the ideal size for the photoshop files I create for importing, so that it won't stretch or shrink the image and keep as much original quality as possible? I've messed around with it before, seemed to work ok except that it kept stretching it slightly.

if you look in photoshop there is some presets that have the proper frame size for video dv and HD
