quick help with making a letterbox, matte or mask

I need a 16x9 SD 1.85 to letterbox. If you can help me make this, hit me up in a email, message me or respond to this.

Easy. Make it in the titler. It is two filled rectangles.

If you need to know where 1.85 is. Use the circles in the countdown leader.

Inner circles are 1.85 and outer circles are 1.66.
