Quick guide for settings?

Is there a "quick guide" from experienced users of the DVX-100 that specifies settings for different looks and effects? Settings that users have used that have worked extremely well for them? Any and all information would be GREATLY appreciated.

Just had a baby with some medical problems and just now getting back into the swing of things.

Thanks,
LODAA

I guess you just have to play with it and see if you like it or not, because everyone likes different things.

All the best

you can play around with the settings and/or spend some time color correcting your work. I just color corrected a 2 minute video last night that which I gave it a soft sepia film look. I also over saturated the greens and reds in certain shots as well.

I didn't read this part. Sorry man! Hope it isn't anything serious.

Re: Quick guide for settings?

Thanks for the concern about our new addition. Just aspirated some amniotic fluid on his way out. He was on oxygen assistance for a couple of weeks. Now doing very well! ;D

I don't think I was specific enough. What I mean for 24p what settings have people used to get the best results? I thought there was something like setting guide on this forum a whle ago. Maybe it's my sleep deprevation..... Anyway, any advice would be great.

P>S> Is there a DVX user guide for dummies anywhere? Or something similar? :-[
