Quick Free Download - Editing Software

[Ki-Ki]

I gotta finish off this trailer by midnight tonight and my editing software's just cocked up and I don't particulary have the time to find the disk uninstall and reinstall. Can anyone recommend some good, free simple editing software? The many editing lines - audio / video lines to work on the better unlike WMM.

I know that both Vegas and Premiere have free 30 day trials available, you might try one of them out.

Premier p1sses me off. As for Vegas i used it years ago but sorta forgotten how to use it. I'm fiddling around with version 6 at the moment but i see so many random buttons i'm afraid i'm gonna launch a nuke or something.

Avid offers a free version of their NLE called FreeDV, you might give that a shot.

FreeDV is no longer available for download... Vegas is bad ass and easy to learn/re-learn... you should DO IT!!
