Quick DVD software?

Well, if your mpeg2 file is already DVD compliant you can just burn it to a DVD-R using whatever software you like (Nero etc). Just be sure to place the file in a folder called VIDEO_TS
If you have nero you could use the wizard to create the disc for you. It's an easy process since you don't want menus etc.

I use Cinema Craft encoder... but for a free solution you could try this tutorial for Avi2DVD:

This will also create an .iso file that you can burn with DVD Decrypter.
