Use Compressor to get an MPEG2 output. (From FCP select your timeline and goto File>Export>Using Compressor) Your video is short so I'd go with the 60 minute, best option. DVDs require an MPEG2 file. You can output you audio as either PCM or Dolby 2.0. I'd go with Dolby as it doesn't take up as much space and that's basically what's used on commercial DVDs.quarrel84@hotmail.com said:Hey guys.
I have a 20 minute video I shot in 60i. I need to export to DVD and make about 30 copies for a group of people.
What is the best way to export to DVD and make copies? I'm using Final Cut Studio.
What compression, etc should I be using in the export straight from FCP and what would be the best way to burn it? Thanks in advance, sorry for the newb questions.
