I'm at the bookstore right now. With my coupon for borders (40% off today only if you're interested) I can get How to Shoot a Feature film for under $10,000 for $9.00 or DV Rebel's Guide for around $30.00. Price not withstanding, is the DV Rebel's guide worth the buy?

I might wind up getting both anyway, but maybe I should just grab the How to shoot... and Rebel without a crew for less than the DV Rebel's guide.

Quick help please.

I'm pissed. The point is moot.

My local borders was out of the DV Rebel's guide. The internet said they had it. I shoulda called first. The guy at the store told me that the next closest store that had it in was an hour away, but I could put it on hold if I wanted to make the drive.

I complained a little bit and got to use my coupon twice instead of once. Turns out that the coupon is for ONE item only. Ok I guess.

Heh, shoulda checked the shelf before I bothered with this post.

Everyone seems to be in favor of the rebel's guide, so I'll definitely pick it up when I get my next paycheck.

He's a hack -- like the most of us. Trust him as much as you'd trust yourself. Are there good points? Sure. Do I have good points too? Sure. Did I write a book? No way. Did I buy his??? You bet.
