quick ?? about 30p sequence / Capture

I shot some 30p footage, I am getting ready to open a new session, when I capture the footage ....whats the best sequence settings......should i leave it 29.97 interlaced......or should i set it to 30...go in advanced and switch to progressive ?? Any help would be much appreciated

cool...what about in the advanced setting should i switch it to progressive or leave it interlaced
