Questions about Sachtler Caddy

I recently found an older Sachtler Caddy head and tripod.

What is the modern Sachtler head that the Caddy is the forebearer of?
What are the weight limits?
Can it hold a fully loaded Red setup?
What is it worth in good-great working condition?

It is on a older Hotpod set of legs and I cannot figure out how to take it off.

I called Sachtler today.

The Caddy will hold 40 LBs. It is 15 years old.
The newer version is the video 18 as others places on the net have noted.
