questions about a pc rig

[tedstriker]

im thinkin of getting a rig with and i5 and a nvidia gt460 and was wondering if a 7200rpm sata ii hard drive is good enough for editing avchd (thats the 550d codec right). would buying an ssd be worth the extra money?

thanks
