Question(s) Regarding Producing...

So I've been making short films for about 5-7 years now and there's honestly nothing I love more! All of my films so far have been self-financed and VERY low budget. I honestly just wanted to spend a couple years just working my craft and learning everything I can, and, of course feeding the never ending urge to just be creative.
That being said, I've been toying with the idea of finding a "producer". As my films become much more developed I'm getting some serious hat-head lol. I have a 20 page project slated for October and I've been really curious as to how I would go about finding a producer and what I would need to increase my chances of landing a good one that would be willing to work on a project for lo/no pay if they believed in it/me.
For this specific project I have almost all my locations locked down, all but one supporting part cast, website in process and storyboards being worked on amongst other aspect of pre-production complete. My main goal from a producer would be fund-raising and some help with location scouting and possibly casting? Though I'm honestly not 100% sure what I would have to offer outside the opportunity to work with a passionate filmmaker and have an end product they can be proud of ya know. I've been doing this so long by myself I don't really know what to expect from a Producer (no disrespect intended). I have a website with my latest films on it so they would be able to see the quality of my work.
Any advise would be TREMENDOUSLY appreciated.
Thanks guys and Gals...
