I have a monfrotto fluid head 519 tripod that I use with my dvx100b. I changed the spring as per instructions so that it balances with that weight. I have the tension settings for both pan and zoom set at six. But sometimes after the tripod has been in a stationary position for a while and I go to pan or tilt (especially tilt) it sticks just at first and ruins that part of the shot. What am I doing wrong.
